What health & safety measures is Ply Studio taking to keep me safe and healthy as we navigate a post-pandemic world?

If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any cold or Covid-like symptoms, please stay home and contact Carmen. We understand that you will be disappointed in not being able to attend a workshop you registered for (we are, too!) but you can send someone in your place OR talk to us about other options (this will vary from person to person and a conversation with us is necessary, so call or text Carmen 613-850-8485).

Cancellations & Rescheduling Due to Illness 

We have a NO REFUND policy for all our workshops and events. PLEASE be honest and stay home if you are feeling unwell on the day of your workshop - and contact Carmen (carmen@plystudio613.com or 613-850-8485). We know that you will be disappointed if you registered and can't make it. We will be, too! But note that you have the option to send someone in your place. In very special circumstances, we may grant you a class credit to be used for a future workshop, but you MUST contact Carmen to work this out with her.

Should we have to cancel for any other reason, students will receive a full refund minus a 5% administration fee. Please note that we reserve the right to postpone and reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this be the case, we will make every effort to contact students to let them know of the cancellation and to arrange a makeup workshop.
